TRM supplies it's controllers in 2 basic case styles for either cabinet mounting or pedestal/arm mounting. For the cabinet mounting case it is simply a matter of cutting the appropriately sized hole for the controller selected. For pedestal mounting the case comes with blind nutserts for bolting in place. TRM can also supply mounting arms for this style of case to mount on machines where the angle needs to be adjusted or possibly the reach. The popular models are:

Motor Mount - no gearing
The T1 is supplied as an angle bracket only and built up to suit the machine requirements. Output shafts the motor to which we can mount many pulley sizes as required by the application.

Motor Mount - gearing
The T2 is supplied as an angle bracket only and built up to suit the machine requirements. Output shaft gearing can be altered as needed and the tensioning bearing adjust to remove any slack.

Sensor Mount
The TRM sensor mount is ideal for mounting proximity switches, being aluminium it does not easily interfere with the sensor and is pliable allowing small bends to be made to ensure the sensor is accurately positioned.
